When prompted, select Computer account > Local computer and then OK; click OK again to complete the addition of the Certificates snap-in. The error code is 85010016. It stems from the use of SSL Certificates on my Nokia Lumia 920. I have utilized all of the 25 email accounts capacity and capabilities on my Nokia Lumia 920. Anyways, I'll take any help I can get. So far all the articles I've read haven't quite applied to this scenario, but rather are geared towards bad or self-signed certs. Setting up a temp Gmail account and configuring every phone to sync those emails just so I can install the certificate is way too much work.
