Following advise from a forum mod i am following the steps to run the DDS & GMER reports so i can post them with details of my system problems. I ran eventvwr and still see the error 7001 reported, this appears to be at start up and not at any other time during a session. I did look at that resource prior to my post for help BUT couldn't get past the first hurdle. WMP was already, but the other one was disabled.
