I don't know if it was of help much help to them, or if it will be to you. Remove WMP (9) component from Windows XP 1. It did upgrade however when I tried to play the media file it cameback exactly with the same message. In the Edit Binary Value dialog box, look at the column on the right to find the location of the DRM folder.
