Michael Lauer4 years ago This is an excellent source of valuable information for coin collecter, I just went through the quarter rolls (7) and found several dated between 64' - 69', I read the definitions and Im still not 100% sure if I have that or not. So what was the cause for this error coin? The designs found on these quarters were chosen by the state governor and will never be reproduced again.

Die gouges (or dents) are common on coins and like finding angels in the clouds, you will find them where you want if you look long enough.
