Did you test this issue in Safe Mode? Is there a more direct way? Again Is it safe to buy EVGA GTX 1080 FTW if you have thermal pads to put on VRMs? If this issue persists, you could also update the chipset driver to the latest for test.
I'm really at a loss as to what can be causing this -- does anyone have any ideas? We use data about you for a number of purposes explained in the links below.
