I am quite sure that your problem is about having wrong WLM service book specific to WLM version you are trying to use. Check This Out We recommend that you contact BlackBerry for assistance. You might try to login to your number account from PC and see if there is option to resend service book for everything. The main thing is to firstly delete all your service books with "WLM" words, uninstall and reintall.
