This appears to be such an intermittent problem that I don't have an answer. Click in, and on the menu which pops up from the right hand side, choose the "Accounts" option. A time-out occurred while communicating with the server. I should of tried the easiest solution--go to your account tab (your name) Click and SIGN OUT and then SIGN BACK IN! sure the problem may not be fixxable over the phone but a person may find out it is a loose battery cable or a fuse or the problem is deeper such I have to see the entire message to know exactly what is been misconfigured. In this case you will get an error message mentioning the antivirus maker's server.
