I had "no tuner found" information, when i was tying to fix it "media center receiver service" error appear as well. Is there any way to manually install the Rovi update. I have a test system here that was running Windows 8.1 with the (paid) extra to enable Windows Media Center. How does HP install software and gather data? Source
