After its downloaded to your computer/lap top look for it in one of your folders. I Have Vista 64 Bit (Home Premium), 1.83(x2) E6300 Processor, 4GB of RAM, 320GB Hard-drive. I have tried reinstalling WMP with no success. Vlc Unidentified Codec but it worked for me..
I'd also install VLC player as Whs suggested, simply because it is a wonderul player that will allow you to play just about anything. if it tell you that you updates are up to dates and have know problems then 9- Click on ( Roll Back Driver ) .
