Also only the butn options are availaible for edit. Since I believe that there are WMP11 files corrupted and not user account specific WMP11 files creating a new user will not fix the issue. Uninstall any third party plugins or codecs, it sounds like one is crashing WMP when it doesn't have admin rights.
