If yes then the problem is caused by you TV tuner/video capture card or its drivers and not by a problem with your graphic/video output card or its drivers. As another experiment, I simply configured the HDMI audio to stereo mode (instead of 5.1 mode) and the system worked fine. Then the error will go away.
