Disable all USB Hub controller on Computer Manage\ Device Manager fix the 1935 error. I tried with absolutely all applications killed (running apps window was blank except for Window Update)... Quite frankly, I can't be bothered (and shouldn't have to!!!!) format my machine to get an Office update to install....
