THAT never happened with any other Windows product, just Vista.What I realized is that, I too, have been experiencing a black screen problem, only not as severe as others here. And I do not remember the HP procedure where I have done it once long time ago. Don't bother trying to repair windows, and if you get the option, destroy the first version (repartition or reformat the disk). I have found the main reason for this is actually vista's own way of performing better... I don't know why?5- I took Memory out from the slot and put it back and I restart it after the window loaded it went to black screen...please help any Idea? If there are options along the way that will destroy the existing copy (such as reformatting the disk) then try them, but the aim must be to get the pc running.
